Welcome to Healing the Breach Ministries (“HBM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website at healingthebreach.org, submitting any inquiry, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

HBM is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit faith-based organization operating in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas.

2. About Our Organization & Programs

HBM’s mission is to nourish and empower underserved communities through the following programs, all provided at no cost to qualifying families and partner organizations:

  • Youth Nourishment Program (YNP) — free USDA-compliant hot meals through CACFP
  • Youth Development & Mentorship
  • Life-Skills Enrichment
  • Community Outreach
  • Holiday Events

Program availability is subject to funding, eligibility requirements, and operational capacity. HBM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program at its sole discretion.

3. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Not upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

  • All donations are voluntary and support HBM’s programs and operations.
  • HBM is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors should consult a qualified tax professional for guidance.
  • Donations are processed through Givebutter’s platform. By donating, you also agree to Givebutter’s terms of service and privacy policy.
  • HBM does not store your payment or credit card information directly.
  • Donations are generally non-refundable. For exceptional circumstances, contact us at hbmstrong@gmail.com.

5. Program Participation

Participation in HBM programs is subject to the following conditions:

  • Partner organizations must agree to HBM’s program guidelines and all applicable federal and state regulations, including CACFP standards.
  • All participants, staff, volunteers, and partners must treat one another with dignity and respect.
  • Partner organizations are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable child welfare, safety, and protection laws.
  • HBM reserves the right to remove any participant or partner organization for conduct that violates program guidelines or endangers others.

Our website integrates or links to third-party services including but not limited to:
